hey guys got a chance of an 850 shell no paper work year unknown in reasonable con how much is a fair offer to give for it solid body with just surface rust ...not yet viewed just looking for some insight this is just shell with nothing more rsvp lads im running out of time for reply

Has it got doors, bonnet and boot? Or is it just a shell? Also has it got an I'd plate?
