I have the Minispares alloy radiator and just elongated the holes in the shroud and it fits OK. I also elongated the holes in the top and bottom mounting brackets a little bit but not sure if I needed to in the end?

The 40 mm alloy ones off eBay squeezed in my roundy. Glad I ended up with it rather than the bigger 50. Temp hovers around 80 on hot days in traffic.

UK 3 core is rubbish (not enough fins- and flimsy), their 2 core is dearer but worth the extra.

Personally I would rather a reconditioned Oz 3 core.. just take an old one to a radiator repair shop (old skool ones the best and cheaper).

agreed, cost $190 to completely rebuild and respray my oz 3 core.
much more worth it than the online stuff.

Heck that is dear, my local Chinese radman (heh, he's good!) charges $90 approx for tanks off, rod cores out, acid dip, reassemble, test and paint..
Where did you go, natrad or somewhere?

I've got a cheap alloy radiator in my car. Works a little too well... need to blank of the grille in winter to let the car get to temperature
