It is a bit hard to tell in the photo, But It may be ok, have a look at the splines at the rear if they look about the same at the front it will Be Fine if however they taper down towards front Then Get a new one,

If the new drive flange rocks around on the CV splines, or you see flats on the end of the CV's plain centre section, you'll need a new CV too.
