Well I've just got off the phone from Optus.
Guess what, after again threatening to disconnect they have found a way to help.
They have taken off my limit for the rest of the month and put me back on normal speed broadband.
They said that under extreme circumstances they can bend the rules so to speak but only once. They realised that I had already upgraded my plan which showed that I was serious.
Unbelievable
I tried so many times last week to get someone to help and even when I threatened to disconnect they just said "well that's up to you madam".
Well, at least they have come to the party and helped. All I can say is they have saved the day. Until next time I need something out of the usual.
