Please Note When You fit any of the lowering brackets it is not just a matter of
bolting the lowering bracket in place,

When fitting a lowering bracket do the following:

Remove the steering column shroud top half.
Loosen the 4x rack u-bolt nuts in the floor at least 1 turn.
Fit the bracket, method used varies depending on type. But don't tighten the steering column clamp, yet.
Slide the outer column up or down a little as needed to ensure the trafficator cancelling bolt thingy in the column shaft is aligned with the switch's 2 arms.
Tighten the column clamp. Refit the shroud.
Tighten the 4x rack nuts in the floor.
