True, if you can drive it around you'll be motivated to get the brakes. Then when you'll want the body to match the performance. Theirs no point in having a show winning car when your sitting on the side of the highway with no way to get yourself back home because your engine has died.

I think bodywork and respray first. Then brakes, motor and wheels
I am a hypocrite though as the bodywork has been on and off over 13 years, brakes are almost done, i have imported wheels & A008's ready and no motor.

From my experience we stumbled a lot and suffered from big gaps in motivation because we didnt get the bodywork done and resprayed. It was one of dad and my regrets.

body, once the bodys done will give you motivation to get the rest done rather than doing bits & pieces but never finishing it in 1 go, could make a 13 month project into a 5-6+ year project
