Maybe, but in my case my springs didn't come with any spacers other than the small tapered ones which help to seat the front springs nicely on the hilo's. The rears just had a rubber ring which goes between the subframe and the spring.

When i used the recommended method - lengthen the hilo's until there is a little bit of tension on the whole assembly... it sat like this -

so in my case, you have to have the springs really loose when it's jacked up, just so that it will sit at a normal height when it is lowered back down. I've ordered some protech adjustable lowered shocks, hopefully they will help to reduce the travel a bit and stop the trailing arms from getting full extension over pot holes etc and going BANG when they load back up

They arrived today, 1 of them doesn't seem to be adjusting but hopefully it's just an air bubble or something because i really don't want to send them back to England!!
