I am kinda ignoring this thread to keep my blood pressure reasonable...what a crock this interpretation of the "law"/"rools" is....the number of light and heavy trucks and jacked up 4WDs that have whole tyres completely exposed to chuck goolies at others is legion....(yes officer, that little bit of placky a foot above my completely exposed tyre makes it legal! What rot!
