Hey All!
Finally got a chance to get down to my in-laws house and have another tinker with the car.
First up, changed the hose and checked the master cylinder pipe line at the same time.
Problem remains.
Even opening the bleed nipple completely, the slave still retained pressure.
Pulled off the slave cylinder and it is corroded and rock hard, no play in it at all. This is probably the only part i didn't order new
Anyway, thanks all for your input, looks like problem solved, just need to fix it.
