Hi guys,
The area behind the drivers side top hinge is rusted out.

I saw these repair panels at MiniMania and wondered if this is the right panel or is there something different for an AUS 1968 Mini?

That's the right panel. Though I think I bought the same thing from Karcraft for $20 last year without the bracket.
