Looks like it's almost riding on the bumpstops. I'm new to minis, so not sure what is normal..

Attached is a picture of it at ride height.

They handle unreal when on the bump stops :D .....just snap the wheel studs off when you do that though :(

So does the photo that alexw posted depict any other suspension problems or does it indicate only that the hydro pressure is too low?

Needs a grease, the ball joints might be worn.

If you've been driving around for a while like that and you have rubber uni's then I suspect they will be close to giving up as well.

I would have a serious look at the ball and cups. My guess is the ball could have worn through the plastic cup and collapsed into the top arm which would drop it even lower.
