FYI as outlined in my build thread (I've included it here for the sake of completing the thread).

I tried to open it the clamp up a bit, but it was too much of a stretch to try to get it to fit. I would need to turn down the flange or take material out of the clap to fit. I'll get the manufacturers to alter the flange I reckon.
I sent the dizzy back to Hans with the details above who then spoke with the manufacturers. They all concurred with the problem, are fixing it straight away.
From what Hans said they missed a step in the body manufacturing process and they are giving the guy who missed the step a bit of a ribbing. Anyway, long story short they should be sending it back to me shortly.
(I haven't dealt with them directly - Hans from HP sourced it from Scorcher in Melbourne who curved this to suite my application, using a lot of Bosch gear).
