Is there a brand name for the American hose? More the aesthetics for the braided stuff even if nobody ever looks at it lol

Dayco hose is USA made, so is Gates. It is fine for unleaded fuel, or E10.

What psi should the Facets be speccd at?

are the generic eBay ones very similar ?

Anything under 5psi works fine.
I had a TRW branded square facet style one on mine for almost 20 years, no problems. One day it stopped, so I put a new Facet on. Then I discovered the battery was flat, d'uh! Old pump is still OK.
