I emailed him for a postage quote about 6 months ago and had no reply.

I Am Sorry guys & Gals, I am not sure what I am doing or not doing that is wrong
I get a huge amount of emails per day, and I try to answer them all as quickly
as possible, Because of time constraints It is not always possible to reply
as quickly as I would like, I am a low tech Man in a high tech world,
I will in enlist the aid of someone smarter than I in this area
to see what the problem is, I know I do not check my junk file as much as I should
