No spraygun makes blends hard etc .Yep PMs for good info
Can you touch up without a gun I cant

It's for small areas like the engine bay and boot where comparison with the body colour is not such an issue.

Not sure what you are saying re PM's. Lindsay has said he works in the trade (PPG was it?) and I didn't want him to feel compromised giving public endorsements of a specific business.

Winabbey, I'll ask our sales staff for their recommendations next week. I don't have too much to do with our distributors so before I give a recommendation I'll check. I work for Dulux as a development chemist for our refinish (car paint) business.

Would this be "brooklands green"? Struggling to find any other decent examples of it.

Any idea where I could find a paint code for it?

A van featured in our current 2016 Minis in the Gong Calendar is painted Brooklands Green. I could possibly put him in touch with you.

Lindsay - Since you are in the trade can you recommend a paint supplier in Melbourne that will match my colour (Baltic Blue) from the number plate flap and make up some acrylic spray cans? I'm in the Caulfield area but happy to travel. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to go public.

I see this place on a show called rodders life car show on the aurora channel http://www.mipa.com.au/ they look to be good from there ad on the show they give you the code of the paint plus keep it on file incase you ever need it again and based on Vic somewhere

Maybe off other bmc Leyland cars mini colours weren't just used on minis

My am eye blue colour was also used on p76s as well and id say it was used on other models of leyland cars of the mid 70s period as well
