Getting Ready to Rebuild a nice little 1275 Motor and collecting all the Odd's and sods
Block, Rods, Crank Cam all Collected but just need the nessary cleaning & what not
Carb, Alt, Starter all as per the engine in the Car now
other than Head oil pumps I want to get all new Nuts and Bolts Other than these below what else do I need & what are the Bolts for Box to block

Timing Cover
• 5 x Bolts Cap Head 5/16”UNF (3/4” Long)
• 6 x Bolts Cap Head 1/4”UNF (7/16” Long)
• 5 x Washers 5/16”PLN (5/8” OD)
• 5 x Washers 5/16”SPR (1/2” OD)
• 6 x Washers 1/4”PLN (9/16” OD)
• 6 x Washers 1/4”SPR (7/16” OD)

• 2 x Bolts Heater Tap 1/4” UNF (7/16” Head, 1/2” Long)
• 2 x Washers Heater Tap 1/4” SPR (3/8” OD)
• 2 x Bolts Radiator Top 1/4” UNF (7/16” Head, 1 1/2” Long)
• 2 x Washers Radiator Top 1/4”PLN (9/16” OD)
• 2 x Bolts (Water Pump) 5/16”UNF (1/2” Head, 2” Long)

Mate you should make a kit with all the bits in well mark bags. Ie This bag is for the clutch cover. I would buy it.

1/4 UNF, there are several different lengths there. I'm stripping one tomorrow so I'll measure `em. :wink:

Most of those bolts are Grade 5 (3 lines on head). accept nothing less.
If 6 lines = Grade 8. 8)

OK I just stripped an 1100S (thick flange block) off a rodchange box.

front of box-
1/4 UNF x 1.5" long, 5 off
1/4 UNF x 1.0" long, 1 off

rear of box-
1/4 UNF x 1" long, 4 off
1/4 UNF nuts , 2 off (go onto studs)
This list doesn't include the hollow dowel near the clutch housing, it had no bolt in it but many do.
