so a type 1 tandem master cylinder doesnt push twice the amount of fluid as a single?

i figured from no travel to halfway is equal to the full travel of a single master cylinder
and the other half travel would just create greater pressure

or should i rig up 2 master cylinders like the kad brake set you can buy
for the effect i want?

No No No No No No...
It does not push twice as much fluid. It pushes the same amout of fluid out of two holes. One hole for the front brakes and the other hole for the rear brakes.
It is only there in case something fails you still end up with half your brakes working.
Please learn how things work before ****ing with them. You are going to hurt somebody.
