On a rover the front mounts have two bolts. One goes from subframe to rubber block, and another from rubber block to body.

I don't belive any oz minis or pre-1975 UK minis had any mount on the front of the subframe, just plain 5/16 bolts bolting the frame to the body.

No Oz Mini 1961-1978 ever had a teardrop mount at the front ex-factory. But some cars that have since had a shunt and a late UK front panel fitted, have a teardrop mount or spacer there.

I see, the cars ive stripped were a 65 deluxe and a 72 clubby. Had me a bit worried as i have no recollection of these mounts.
