Yes it's 4 synchro, not sure of diff ratio in that 22G846 casing.
Mini K and 1098 Clubby were both 3.647, Mk2 S was 3.444, but the pov pack vans with the puddin' stirrer gearshift I'm not sure.
If motor is off it you can paint a mark and count the teeth.
3.647 ratio has 17T pinion and 62T crown wheel.
A 3.765 one has 17T pinion and 64T crown wheel.

Pretty sure I read the 22G846 part was the original Elf/Hornet 4-sync casting. They look identical to the 1128 part, though.

All the povo pack donks/gearboxes I've come across have had the 3.647

Pulled box apart, all looks good but i think i will put a rebuild kit through it anyway. diff ratio is 3.64. 8)
