I meant remove the radiator before taking the engine out.
Ya cant just take it out. well ya can but its pretty hard. and you'd break things :wink:

There is no need to remove the rad. it comes out with the motor.:D

hehe and u say that bit about taking out the front bar bit that the bonnet closes down onto...
I once saw a mini mechanic in Kent Town (and shall remain unnamed) just lift the engine upupupupup till it cleared enough, then he brought the engine crane away from the car and it bent the piss out of it coz the extractors caught on it.

I'm with Doogie, after you do this mod the rad can stay on the motor and you just lift it all straight out.
Helps if you have a lifting bracket bolted on the head, that allows this.
I take the Maniflow LCB off, because the Y piece is rusted to one of the downpipes... :x
