The original clip for holding the flare and the chrome Trim is MYH45 We have these new old stock

I decided to try and straighten out the trim before fitting so I put it on the clothes line , yep on the hills hoist , opened it up and fed it onto the wire and left it out in the sun for the day , not bad better than out of the packet.

Got the trim on one side was good and the other side not so good . The side that is good I used the upside down method so it bent naturally when it went around the bottom curve , you have to get your fingers into it and open it up then it is a little difficult to feed it over the wheel arches but it nearly holds it self on . It is not perfect but it is pretty good and together with a little super glue It doesn't look too bad. Thanks for all the tips , remember this is non S trim.
