yep, the next point of call is taking out a headlight to try to see whats happening on the other side of the relay.

3 hours till the kids get home from daycare, and i still have to mow the lawn.... RDO's are too short!

Finally figured out the highbeam problem today, ended up being a faulty wire... took about 2 minutes to fix once i'd figured it out.

at least I learned alot while I was poking around!

here is the offending wire... all 20 centremeters of it...
I cut it open, seems like when it was crimped, it was compressed so much it broke all the wires at one of the crimps.
