I've had a quick play around just selecting needles at random to compare to mine and found a few but don't know if they gonna be a lot richer or only a little..

have the new needle fitted, DZ.
have had to wind the jet down 6 flats and still too lean.
how far can I go?
do i keep screwing until lifting the damper at idle engine speed slightly increases?

6 flats is only 1 turn, it will go a lot further than that. Keep going.
Eventually it will just reach a limit and not go further.

No 6 works well in twin HS4s (1275 motor or bigger).
I have none left but will give you a #7, M6 or M7, take your pick.

I have tried the M6 and it is too lean.
No 7 back in.
Now to have the timing properly set.
