Have not reshaped top tank.

Lower mount is a 1100 mount that has been lowered. When doing this the minimal weld cracked so has been re welded.

Very easy to pull out.

I also cut a piece out of lower mount so the lower mount can stay in ppsition when removing rad. Rad comes out with top cowl attached.
The piece i cut out is so the rad lower outlet can clear the lower cowling while in place.
1 more thing. I cut the tube that the lower mount bolt goes through. Cut about 5 mm off the firewall side so rad can move back a little.

Hi,

ok thanks a lot, i think i got it all.

one last thing, when you lowered the lower mount... you did it just a small amount, in order to not have the fan hitting the upper cowl, right ?
