Right -o. Here's what you need for a complete setup then:

(Calipers and discs you have, I'll ignore rebuild parts for the calipers)

Normal stuff:
-Mini disc brake hubs, complete with mini steering arm and balljoints.
-Tapered wheel bearings (as always on disc hubs).
-Mini disc brake CVs.

Special stuff:
-METRO type drive flange. These are different to mini ones as they are a 1/4inch wider to make up for the thickness of the vented disc.
-M10 x 1.5p hex head set screws (grade 10.9) to attach drive flange to disc. Socket head cap screws won't work as the counterbore isn't deep enough.
-MG metro turbo caliper bolts from minispares: These are special bolts that are 3/8unf thread, but with 10mm shank and are coated in an anti-vibration paint. You need 4, but order 6 - when you get them you'll know why.
-Metro brake pads and retainer clips.
-A way to adapt the dual brake circuit to single. You can buy a kit from overseas but I don't know if its ADR approved - most people just put a tee fitting in there with a banjo bolt and pipe directly to the other one.
