Picked it up from its post-electronic-ignition tune. :D Very happy that the new road near my place has cut 15 minutes  of travel time off the trip to Mini Auto. Makes it a very, very short trip. Even shorter picking it up, because it's running very nicely. 8)

Etch primed the drivers door frame around the edge where the skin will go.

Tackled the passenger door bog. The door had at some stage been bent back on the hinges and points of the hinges had made big dents in the door skin. The bog around the bottom hinge was so deep I was able to chisel it off with a hammer and screw driver  - 1/8" to 1/4" thick. The top hinge was nearly the same but not as big an area.

Took all of 5 minutes to knock out the top hinge dent and get it 99% smooth (one bit about the size of a 10c piece I can't get behind cause the frame is in the way.)

Bottom took a bit longer got most of it out but for a bit about the size of a 20c bit just to the rear of the inner most hinge bolt hole - it's over the frame piece and there is a spot weld right in the middle - I can't get behind it with a hammer because the door pocket is in the way.

I'll try the heat then freeze technique on it and see what that does - if that doesn't work then may have to put up with a little bit of bog.
