OK all i was there at the mini dyno day (for all you who were there) was wondering if any one remembers what colours Graham russels LS is (std colour i think) and His little van was a very similar colour.
also does any one know what std colours came out on the Aussie clubman panel vans?
Mine is off to the panel shop and i suppose i should really look at deciding what colour i would like it painted.

any help would be great.

Finially got my A/F meter wired up, got to attach it to the sniffer yet, but once that is done, I'll get it sorted for a base-line tune.... then off to the Dyno for a ful tune...

Running real nice now, temps are a lot more stable, and predictable, but still pinging over 10Psi and 1/2 throttle ....
Water injection hooked up and functional, just sorting the jetting now (currently too large.. )

Once all that is sorted, should be running sweet and well over 85@wheels.....

The next step is to take it over 100@wheels ....

Re-bore, dished custom pistons, more Chamber work, intercooling and a more agressive cam profile.... over 130@wheels should be available if i use Dry-Ice intercooling.. but more about that another time, hey ?

Jai,
Yes Graham's 1275LS is Hi-Ho Silver. The van colour, I'm not sure.

ok tonto about the hi ho silver.
would like to know the color of the van im sure heard it was a holden colour.

Jim, sounds great what cam are you running now?
I have a guy over here with a 998 turbo motor with methonol injection at 8lb boost and will run upto 13lb boost and recons 200HP at wheels but i think he is dreaming a bit but he also says he is having problems with clutch slip.

RE-13T a GR "one-off" ... suits the Small-Block Turbo very nicely at the moment...

I'm also getting Clutch slip (Blue Diaphragm - Cooper "S") so I'm guessing over 100@Flywheel at the moment.... when my DR Mini ST Clutch and backing plate go in, I'll stick a Grey Diaphragm in i think......

James are you coming on the run on 27th? If so I'll stick your lightened S backplate in the boot...

Will do. Don't forget the light flywheel and backplate both now will need a balance... and you need 3 washers each .200" thick to go under the flywheel straps. 8)

Hi Ho silver in that pic looks really good
Anytime I have seen one it looks really crap, that's the colour my LS is supposed to be, the one I can't work out if I can afford to save from the crusher.

so who has a picture of the van?
doesnt chong look like a thief in the LS?

jim ill chat to you in another thread about stuff like that.
but a blue is too light even for my car, i use a button clutch and a orange in my road car and a double grey and button in my race car and dont let people tell you they are either on or off its not true, you can slip them a fraction and a bit of judder now and again but other that one leg bigger than the other i have no clutch slip problems.
