Is there a trick to fitting Maniflow 3 into 1's while the engine is in? I've been trying for half an hour and the dmned thing just does not want to cooperate. :x

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Dan

Bonnet has to be off, release the steady bars from the motor, remove the bracket from the themostat to radiator. You then have to pull the motor as far forward as you can to S-Q-U-E-E-Z-E them into place - also remove the studs for the head - it gives you that little bit more room

The only way to get them on...good luck

Also try putting the seperate centre runner in first then the 2 into 1 second.
From your view the middle pipe runs down the LHS and the other to the right.

If they were LCB Maniflows that would work a treat - the 3 into 1's are all welded together I thought. In any case they are a pain in the butt!!!...lol
