It should fit but not sure if the pipe fittings are exactly the same size, might pay you to check with some of the other part suppliers like the miniking and others and see what they have available, always good to shop around

Kit for Oz tandem brake MC is `PBR’ K7800X.
Available from brake shops...

The bias valve on the firewall has probably seized in the open position, sending full pressure to the rear.
Mini King has recond exchange ones available, I don't think you can buy these new now.

Either that, or you have put front discs on, and kept the standard rear 3/4" cylinders. The cure then is fit Cooper S rears (5/8") instead.

Slight hijack : twin leading shoe drums on front and fitting a booster - should I put 5/8" wheel cylinders on the back?

I would try it first as is, `under controlled conditions' as they say.

I don't think you can easily get seals for it, I always understood when they were fubar you tossed them.
I'd talk to John at Mini King before you maybe bugger it up... brakes are not something to be messed with lightly.
