 Post subject: Flywheel drive straps

How much can you build these up safely with washers? I have to fill about a third of and inch (0.304") to get them level

as much as it takes to get em flat....should be built up with weld though :D

Make 3 new thick spacers on a lathe...... do it properly.
Hole should be 3/8" diameter so they fit snug on the bolts.

Welding a cast iron flywheel :shock: if or when it lets go it'll be spinning at thousands of rpm right in between your legs :shock:
