All Oz Minis have the same spline on the steering column shaft.
But, aftermarket wheels are not all the same. I have a SAAS hub and a MotaLita one, they each fit their own brand wheels.
I believe an AutoTechnica hub has a few different hole patterns in it, to suit various wheels.
I would not buy a wheel without sussing out a hub to suit it first.

I have found some Mazda older cars had the same spilne config as a Mini. All you will need is machine the base to fit over steering column cover. I have done a couple like that on my lathe. Cheaper than buying one for "A Mini"
