This Q comes up all the time.
Short answer is NO... not really.

They are much taller between the ball joints. If you do manage to fit them between the wishbones it stuffs the geometry up that much that they are useless.

Send them back to the seller for a refund.

You can convert them to fit with a bit of work, the calipers will only fit 12" or 13" wheels a lot of them were used on mokes, cheap conversion when the 8-4 discs were not available as they are now.

is it wort the effort NO.

Are you serious ! If your keen on using the motor just mount it on a proper Mini front subframe and just use standard drums , use the money you would waste on 7.5 disks on getting the motor sorted.

I would save your money and go buy some proper Mini ones. 7.5" for 10" wheels, or 8.4s for bigger ones.
Yes I have seen 1100 brakes butchered to `work' on a Mini, but these days IMO it's a waste of time and $$$.
If they bugger up your suspension geometry or fail when you need them, you will not be a happy chappy.
