Yes, I'm still using the leads that came with the coil pack & EDIS I pinched off a Mondeo.

from reading the megajolt forums, theres people who say "you have to use resistor leads", and others who say "I've been using non resistor leads for 1,000,000 years and no problems".

In my experience, trying between standard leads and the Ford resistor type leads, is there is no difference. But I only had a short period of testing the MJ before I broke something, and havent had a chance to fix it yet!

you don't have to use resistor leads/plugs.
you need a good EMI suppression, to protect your and other peoples stuff. no one wants to hear someones ignition system on the radio, or worse.
using resistor leads/plugs seems to be an easy and cheap way to achieve this.

i've never had any problems with non-resistor plugs and leads, i just make sure the EMI suppression is good enough
