minimuts out driving in the new 1275LS beast tonight and the lights went out (almost predictable).
Fuses OK - even changed them.
Any thoughts on the source of the problem?

I have had a number of the Headlight / parker switches fail and without warning.

Check if the parkers still work, then see if you have an output on the blue wire to the dip switch then see if there is power coming out of the dip switch from the blue/red when on low beam and Blue/ white on high beam. If there is nothing coming out of the rocker switch you can carefully pull it apart and clean the contacts. But if after doing so the fault is cleared I would suggest fitting headlight relays to take the main headlight load away from the switches. And you will end up with better lights too.

No tail lights or interior lights.
Engine still starts & have indicator lights.

Will get minimuts to work checking where the power is/isnt.
Cheers

My 1275LS was doing the same thing until recently. Check the 15 amp inline fuse on the middle of the firewall.

Also, the problem has disappeared since the relays were installed and as Tony says, the lights are now heaps better. No need for H4's.

Those are the exact same symptoms mine had.

Fuse.
Relays.
Circuit board on cluster.

No more problems. :D
