i Guys, Starting to reassembe the Cooper S Bits and pieces while waiting for the Body Shell to arrive home.

Just need some guidance, I have checked the manuals but they say nothing. I have previosly had the fuel pipe go straight into the fuel bowl thing, then it went via an other pipe to the 2nd carb. Looked a bit crapy, so I ordered the original metal pipe and looks much neater.
Now do I have to block the little copper pipe that used to be connected to the fuel line?

see if you can guess what happens if you don't - it would normally be connected to another carb that would receive full fuel pressure

I'd dig up another float bowl lid that doesn't have the extra pipe - looks neater
