I would suggest it is not possible through the top but only by dropping the engine and subframe?
Whats the reason? Hate bleeding the brakes? My wife will agree

Depends, if you have the two lines to go to the booster as braided hose, you could remove it without disconnecting it, otherwise I'd say its a bit tricky.

the pipes are quite "pliable" & will "usually" cope with a slight bending, so you can often take the mounting braket bolts out & lft the booster away leaving the pipes all bolted up, then just rest the booster ontop of a decent comfy rag on the guard or wiper panel

we`ve done it this way heaps over the years, but only occasionally we get the odd rusty brake-pipe & they can crack,,, then you just have to change it over anyways, & beter to find it crack now than later anyways

it`s easy enough, just be gentle

If you incorporate two rubber hoses (like the ones from the rear radius arms) into the pipes, it can be done. I don't see why they need to braided? :?

I just beant mine up over the wing, worked perfectly and went back into place without an issue, you do need to be delicate with the bending though

I'd only be going braided to try and reduce flex in the lines for better pedal feel, they shouldn't be copping stones up there so damage won't be a problem.

Yes, that makes sense Harley.

Cheers,
