What would be best type of fuel line to use for replacing the fuel line from front to rear on a mini .
I need to replace the fuel line from 1/4 inch to 5/8 inch and also run a return line to the tank.
Would copper tubing work ?
How much tubing would I need to do it?

1. Do not use copper for fuel or brake lines, it work hardens with age and vibration, then cracks.
2. Surely you mean 5/16", not 5/8"...
3. I bought 4M of aluminium coated? steel tube off a roll at Robbos Spare parts years ago, I dunno who has it now. It bent pretty easy. Try someone with brains, like not Supercrap...

yeah i normally use Bundy tube & then use a sheath of fuel hose over the top of that,,, keeping both ends outside each front & rear fire walls,,, that way even if somehow the bundy tube cracks/snaps/tears the fuel still can`t get into the cabin

Repco sell rolls of the tube & rolls of fuel hose
