Hi, I want to make some new door cards and cover them, with either Vinyl or something similar to speaker box carpet, what have people found to work best for them?

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.

I'll add onto that: it may be an idea to try and use mdf or ply thats has a coating of something to stop it absorbing any moisture in the door and going soggy, if you can't buy it that way there will be something in a spray can.

Damn nice mini Steve....... i will be doing my doorcards myself aswell , using vinyl and going to check out clarke rubber/spotlight for some thin foam padding and some glue , making a template with the current doorcards and using Mdf/That old stuff used on back of wardrobes " cant remeber the name :-) " .

Bought a little jigsaw to hopefully cut out the handle holes etc , good fun little project me thinks.

thanks gents,

was going to use masonite, I think that has a coating on one side and quite rough the other so the glue for the vinyl sticks to it.

What do estate agents do with the signs once a property is sold?
