You might just be able to front up to a good local carparts shop and get one. Sometimes they can cross match from the belt, or even measure up your old one with a u-beaut gauge that they should have.

Off the top of my head i think the 590 should be the actual length of the belt so any auto shop should be able to get one.
That is if the part number you have is right.
Really need year model and belt type.
Ie v belt or rib
Lot of Rover owers on here should be able to help further.

11A is the profile size for v belts. This is the correct size for old minis, not sure about rovers, but probably the same.
0590 is the length which would be moderately shorter than a standard fan belt on an old mini.

Any auto shop should be able to help you out unless they are out of stock. Providing that is the correct size.

My 1993 rover had a thing belt like the alternator belt hooked up for the A/C compressor and now my 1997 Rover has a thin flat belt in it's place. The fat belt does not have any markings on it though.
