Hi guys, can anybody put up some pics of a firewall mount, trying to make a decision on how to fix mine....

ImageImage

If the bracket is meant to be 90° I might make a new one out of some thicker angle and either spot weld or bolt it in place of the old, other wise I may have to weld this tab back on

Cheers

I would bolt it all together with the dogbone's spacer in for alignment, then MIG weld it back on.
Clean ALL the paint etc off the weld area, first.

Leave the rubbers out, you just want the spacer + bolt in it.

Sorry, I should of explained that better, and actually read what I typed before clicking submit.

The stud that runs through the spacer and and the two brackets is stuck. I have tried knocking it out with a hammer but it just won't budge.

It won't go through, you will have to undo the top bracket =( I will have to do the same to get it back out/put the steady in
