Hi all,
I am having a look at a 77 clubman van tomorrow, just wondering what I should be looking for, I don't think it has been started in a while. I am not too worried about engine but am more worried about body eg common rust spots.
Thanks in advance
Matt

Rust in the bottom of the rear doors (check under the rubbers), rust around the lower rear corners behind the wheels mainly from the seam upwards about 2", and possiably behind the seats under the loadbay where the rear subframe meets the body but that's the same with a sedan, then you have the normal areas any mini rusts like sills, front floor pans, hinge "A" panels, windscreen scuttle panel etc etc.
