just found this
http://memsdiag.blogspot.de/

maybe helpfull for some of you.
i tried the lite version, and it works with my MEMS 1.6 test bench, but not with MEMS 1.3. thats no surprise as the software only supports MEMS 1.6 and 1.9.
will get an adapter for MEMS 1.9 soon and test is, too

got a cheap KKL interface to connect to the OBD connector used on later cars. it works, too. not always on the first try, but if you keep touching "connect" it finally will connect and run ok.

got in contact with the developer and he will have a look regarding MEMS 1.3. not the most common ECU, but always nice to have it included.
and i'm hoping for a bluetooth version

sadly true remapping is not possible due to ECU design.
but you can adjust a bit. or log the data to check for an intermittent failure
