I have a 1 5/16" 1/2" drive and a massive 2" 3/4" drive deep socket used for removing metro ball joints. Sure it's 1 1/2"?

I picked mine up at total tools, I think they only have it in a large driver though so you may need an adaptor

Flywheel bolt is 1-1/2" (short socket is preferable for in the car jobs)
The balljoint retaining nut is also 1-1/2" but you want a deep socket for that one
The diff pinion nut is 1-1/2" also a deep socket

NG go into a Trade Tools shop if there is one near you. They will have both short and deep impact sockets, possibly in both 1/2 drive and 3/4 drive all sold separately. They are good tools and well priced, probably cheaper then anywhere else.

doh! sorry man

I'm sure you could probably sell it to someone with an early mini if you don't want to keep it.

well i'm still moving on this slowly, i basically have the last part i need.

sitting in the garage.

once this arrives, i can finally get it balanced & bolt it all back up & get a move on.

it's a verto alloy flywheel setup, 7075 grade alloy with a steel insert & it's very light around 2.32 kg.

the verto set up is very heavy as is, this should really work out nice.

it's been a long road but im nearly there.

i have to say with out 'ben92' i could have not go this far.. thanks for all your help on the phone mate. hehe!

what one should i use, i have a modified 2 core ebay rad as well..

im going with 6inch dual suction fans but im not sure what to use.

im thinking the longer one the fiat rad..the turbo boys run it tried & tested it works & they can just get there car to operation temps when giving it a bit.

with our hotter climate im thinking it would be good.

the other is a ebay 2core modded.

what do you think.
