How would you get the compression so high? You would be using a small bore head or large bore? Guessing you would need a clearance volume of about 25cc.

Use to know Peter Orger when he a Ian ran Orgers.

The work done there was top notch at that time. The boring machine for the offset is perfect for the job and runs a very robust clamp down. I'd also ask for a stress plate hone on the sunnen machine.

Cant talk for the operators now as I dont knowem.
