I recently aquired 2 mk1 Tasman wheels and 2 Tasman mk2 wheels , so 2 are innes and 2 are outes do you think it would be possible to make the outes into innes to make them all match ?

No worse than the integrity of a mk1 wheel, which was wasn't great to begin with. I have seen plenty with missing fins, however this is usually due to sloppy wheel brace work.
