Sorry never used Sepetone. Deoxdine and Protec 971 are considered professional products and are generally not available from high street stores. Sepetone rust converter seems expensive compared to what you pay for Protec. I think I paid $20ish for a litre bottle and it did a complete restoration and odd paint work jobs for years afterwards. Look for your local trade auto paint supplier they are a wealth of information and can supply stuff that Supercheap have never heard of. Both of these products are phosphoric acid based bare metal conditioning products.
