Isn't that the lesser of 2 evils? The other being involved with a head on collision with another car if the car veered right.

But yes I agree swap front to rear if they aren't worn badly.

Thanks guys... So, a bit of an update:

Went for a drive this morning (first chance since fitment due to work). The car handled fine, didn't pull to the left at all really. Took wheels off just to double check everything - all seems fine.

My guess is is driving it straight away once off the jacks the cones needed time to reset and settle properly.

All seems good!

Cheers everyone

Brad...are you nuts?

ANY veering is not good and should be fixed QUICK SMART...too easy for you to say lesser of two evils when you are wildly veering LEFT (safely!!) on a wet road into a tree, over an embankment or cliff or another hard object

I didn't say any veering is good, both are quite bad & should be attended to ASAP. I should of explained my comment further in the meaning of in worse case scenario of being involved in an accident due to veering off the road. I certainly wouldn't want to veer into oncoming traffic & potentially ruin/shorten an innocent motorists life. An accident caused by veering left would hit trees, parked cars, fences, poles, etc would still be severe but hopefully not to the extent of life threatening injuries of others as compared to a head on collision. I've been in cars although not the driver in both of these situations & the outcome is never nice.

I just had a similar situation with my daily driver (pulsar). put 4 new tires on it last month and had a wheel alignment, so it was tracking perfectly. got a puncture last week so put the *Just* roadworthy spare tire on the rear left. steering wheel was then misaligned to the left are car puller very slightly to the left as well. New tire on yesterday and its perfect again.
