I am after a pair of original runners for the sliding glass windows.
The chrome channel that the bailey channel fits into, and that the window catch's latch into.
All I have found new is stainless steel, which don't meet my expectations by a long shot.
Anyone know where I can get some original chrome ones - NOS or proper reproductions, or second hand without rust.
I already have a couple of pairs with rust.

I don't think there are any really good repro ones. I believe Mini Spares (UK) make stainless ones and they are said to be the best around, but I haven't seen them so don't know if they are any good. Its also quite hard to find good used ones. Mine show a lot of wear and blistering of the chrome. I suspect they weren't well made to begin with.

I've been searching for some as well.
I did buy some from minisport UK and they were not up to my expectations (hope that doesn't offend).
Not only did the original latches not fit but the matching plastic latches didn't fit either.
I expect I will have to have my rusty ones rechromed.

Matt Read seems to be uncovering lots of old parts of late from his various buildings.

Minispares have actually had a new type made. Stainless steel but a new shape to suit the metal catches.

I haven't seen them in person but they look better.

Thanks all,
I will sniff around the UK a bit more.
Failing that I will probably repair and rechrome the old ones.
