Yep. They don't come with any.
I'm beginning to think the noise may not be the brake pads. It maybe something vibrating caused by the engine/driveline vibration when braking lightly. I am going to try and get a video tomorrow to assist with the diagnoses.

Well I finally found the culprit. It was the front lower valance being vibrated by the exhaust manifold when the engine rocked a certain way during braking and while in gear. It was a pain to find as I couldn't replicate it at a stand still.
It had a 2mm gap but clearly not enough. Out come the jemmy and all fixed.
Phew. Not a brakes or drive chain problem.
