Blair Athol Motor Parts / Wreckers also known as 'The Mini King', long established family business / speedway competitors, is moving premises after 50 years in the same location on busy Churchill Rd Kilburn in Adelaide's inner northern suburbs. Local development of the area including the new Churchill Shopping Mall across the road, and a new Bunnings now opened close by, has seen commercial values in the area skyrocket (plus a new Repco store has opened immediately opposite the Blair Athol site).

Blair Athol still stock a very comprehensive range of new and used Mini parts, one of the few remaining sources in Adelaide now. I've bought lots of Mini and 1800 items from them since the late 1960s including a MK2 S bodyshell once for about $300 with all running gear but minus the engine/trans. They are moving to 173 Supple Rd, Waterloo Corner, out past Salisbury. And they are still deciding whether to keep the same name or not, although the Mini parts side of the business will stay, thankfully.
